When this mom-to-be announced she was expecting her first child, her two best friends since elementary school sprang right into action. They were determined to plan the perfect baby shower to celebrate this wonderful occasion. After finding a gorgeous vintage birdcage, they decided on the theme “They Are Adding to Their Nest”. The two friends gave this backyard shower a rustic, chic feel with vintage china patterns and a crystal chandelier. They also made the big event a couple’s shower, so the daddy-to-be could share in all the fun too! Brooke Merrill Photography was there to capture every adorable moment and stunning detail. We just love how they tied the theme in, with everything from the invitations to the bird nest centerpieces.
