This fun wedding took place at the historic Glen Foerd Mansion in Philadelphia. This elegant location was essential for a wedding that the bride planned perfectly, and Lorraine Daley Wedding Photography was there to capture every perfect moment. The bride knew instantly she wanted to incorporate dahlias into her wedding, because her groom-to-be bought them on the day he proposed. When her gorgeous strapless wedding dress was also named ” Dahlia”, she knew it was fate. The bride incorporated the flower into her special day by using its soft, feminine touch and vibrant colors. We just love the bright pinks and yellows used in everything from the bridesmaids’ dresses to the tablecloths. The bride was also inspired by the idea of shabby chic decorations. This is clearly seen in the adorable photos of signs and hanging decorations at the ceremony. Just like it’s historic location, this vintage wedding gives us romantic nostalgia!
