Keith Cephus
Keith Cephus is a nationally renowned destination wedding and celebrity photographer, based in the Virginia Beach area. He has been shooting professionally for more than seventeen years and has traveled the world photographing weddings in exotic places such as Hawaii, Jamaica, St. Lucia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Antiqua, Bahamas, Virgin Islands and the exclusive Villa by Barton G at the Versace Mansion in Miami.
Cephus’ work has graced the covers and been featured in numerous publications such as American Bride, Destination Weddings, Modern Bride, Destination I DO, The Knot, Vow, Essence, Premier Bride, Munaluchi Bride and Hampton Roads Bride. His celebrity clientele include President and Commander in Chief Barack Obama, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Micheal Vick, Grammy Award-winner Chad Hugo, Defensive Tackle Darryl Tapp, Allen Iverson, Emmitt Smith and Aaron Brooks. His work has awarded him numerous awards such as 2012 “Best of Weddings” by the Knot, 2012 Brides Choice Awards by Wedding Wire, Special Achievement Award at the VA Fashion Gala and 2009 “Photographer of the Year” by Golden Scissors in Washington, DC. Cephus is also a board member of the Academic Review Board for the Art Institute of VA and speaks at various high schools and universities about the business side of photography.
