This couple is shattering our cuteness meter! These two are a wonderful mix of silliness, awesomeness and good-looking-ness all swirled together. Daphne and Christopher met on a missions trip in Hawaii, started dating shortly after, and have been together ever since. After much brainstorming, Michelle Chiu Photography and the happy couple couldn’t decide on just one concept and ended up with two fun ideas they wanted to work with for their shoot! The first concept is “Smart and Sexy”: Daphne and Chris love to imitate movie posters, and they wanted to become a certain famous couple. Michelle Chiu told us, “Their hilarious imitations always crack me up, I knew I just had to integrate that into their shoot! For this part of the shoot we centered around a Mr and Mrs. Smith-esque theme! The BB gun’s that Chris ended up borrowing from a friend looked great for this shoot!” We love how much fun Daphne and Christopher have with this fun shoot! Brad and Angelina would be jealous.
The second concept for this engagement shoot was “Vintage Sweet.” Daphne’s name in Vietnamese means “Cherry Blossom,” and she had mentioned how it would mean a lot to her parents if they could somehow incorporate that into the shoot. Michelle Chiu ended up deciding to theme the other half of the shoot vintage-sweet, incorporating the cherry blossoms, flower fields, orange groves, and all sorts of sappy sweetness!
