Your Two Bright Lights account is all tuned up and ready for the summer! We have been itching to tell you all about the new changes and are so excited these updates are live! Here are all of the details….
Looking Dashing! The New Dashboard
When you first log in to Two Bright Lights, you will see the action bar. Click on any of the icons and go straight to Create an Album, View Albums, Create a Submission, Review Submissions, Promote, Share, and Invite (the icon bar is a bit different for each user type). Hover over the icons and get details on each action item.
For Photographers and Vendors, below the action bar, you can see who are the featured editors and the new editors that recently joined Two Bright Lights. Clicking on the editor’s icon takes you to their bio page, where you can find more details on what their publication is all about. In the What Editors are Looking For section, by clicking View More you can see, sort, and search through all of the submission requests. This is the place for checking out what our editorial partners are craving!
And don’t forget to check out the What You’ve Done Brilliantly section where you can see a tracker of your success – from the number of times you have been published to how many professionals you are connected to!
Promoting your work is now easier
There is a new tab on your navigation bar called Promote. The Promote tab gives you easy share tools that help you spread the word about when and where you have been published. Sharing is a great way to boost your social media presence and establish your brand.
New Calendar for Editors
Editorial calendars are chock full of fabulous content and no easy task to manage. To help keep track of everything, we created an awesome new calendar feature that automatically adds in all of your accepted features. So, now it’s easier to keep track of your publication schedule with Two Bright Lights!
New Image View
In the Image Gallery, there is now a new format for viewing images. Just click on the layout icon in the upper right hand corner of the Image Gallery screen. This new format makes scanning and showcasing your images easier and prettier!
