A bride’s worst nightmare might be rain on her wedding day, but in the sunny town of Mesa, Arizona, Amanda and Derrick were able to hold a gorgeous autumn ceremony outdoors without worrying about unexpected showers. It almost never rains in this scenic desert city, and the towering buttes and bright blue skies offered amazing opportunities for the couple’s wedding shots that the photographers at Photography by Verdi made sure to take advantage of. The bride and groom posed in several natural settings and captured the area’s brilliant greens and golds.
After teaming up with Amanda and Derrick for their engagement shoot in Cleator, AZ, the Verdis were thrilled to work with the pair again on their outdoor reception at The Wright House‘s Provencal reception area. Fountains and old fashioned lamps lit up the garden as the couple shared their first dance under the starry southwest sky. Guests got to participate in a photo scavenger hunt at the reception and leave personalized messages for the newlyweds on their blessing tree. This little Arizona town proved to be the perfect place for a beautiful outdoor wedding!
