Vendors, Photographers and Editors all have slightly different feature changes, but here is a quick overview of them all!
Upload, Share, and Submit more than just weddings
On Two Bright Lights you can now upload, share, and submit events in all sorts of categories, including:
Weddings- Events and Parties
- Family/Lifestyle
- Home and Decor
- Food/Culinary
- Travel
- Styled Shoots
- Detail Shoots (e.g. Invitations and Tabletops)
- Fashion
- Animals
- Architecture
- Nature/Landscape
- Sports
- Thematic/News
- Weather
We’ve streamlined the upload process to make adding albums in these categories easier – no more XXXs and workarounds! Your clients can also help attach vendors for you, so if you don’t know all of the info you need, help is just a click away.
We have also improved the find event process – so vendors, searching for events you worked on is a snap. You can search by event title, photographer, event date, etc.
Uploading – SmugMug Integration and HTML 5
Now you can easily transfer images you’ve already uploaded to SmugMug directly to Two Bright Lights. No need to upload your images twice ever again!
If you still want to upload directly to us, we have a fast, easy, HTML 5 uploader that allows you to drag and drop over 100 images at a time.
Navigation and Education just got Easier
There are loads of other new changes that will also make your life easier.
The snazzy main navigation bar with dropdowns and a new dashboard and improved functionality will help you find what you’re looking for faster and more easily.
Our new help center is full of guides, reports, videos, Getting Started Guides for each user type, to give you all of the info and tools you need to help your business grow.

Hi there!
I am a smugmug user (I do mostly travel photography), just heard about your new agreement and was encouraged to join you from the smugmug site. In the form for getting a free account it asks “what is your relationship with the wedding business”, but I understand that now you are interested in other stuff right? You should update your joining form accordingly, as right now it looks like you only want wedding photographers to join you!
